1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the phhappy website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "phhappy Platform" or "Services"). By registering a phhappy account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing the phhappy Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with phhappy and accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms should be read together with phhappy's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

phhappy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the phhappy Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phhappy Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phhappy, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the phhappy Platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering a phhappy account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. phhappy reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of phhappy Services, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to all phhappy account registrations:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one phhappy account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested by phhappy.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): phhappy is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documents requested as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the inability to withdraw funds.
• Account Ownership: Your phhappy account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Updating Information: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. phhappy is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated account information, including failure to receive OTPs or account recovery communications.

phhappy reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phhappy account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your phhappy account and not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your phhappy account where available.
• Never share your phhappy Login credentials with any other person, including phhappy customer support staff (phhappy will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your phhappy account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify phhappy immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our 24/7 live chat support.

phhappy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your phhappy account prior to you notifying us of a security breach will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

5. Deposits & Payments

phhappy accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your phhappy account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your phhappy account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. phhappy reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of its KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

phhappy does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. phhappy is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your phhappy account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your phhappy account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. phhappy does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the phhappy cashier at the time of request.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes. Bank transfers are typically completed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
• phhappy reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Any bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. See Section 7 for details.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

phhappy offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phhappy reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• phhappy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the phhappy Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. The following rules apply to all gameplay on phhappy:

• Game results are final once confirmed by the phhappy system. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phhappy's servers, the server record shall prevail.
• phhappy reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. Game rules are accessible within each game interface on the phhappy Platform.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phhappy Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one phhappy account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the phhappy Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the phhappy Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the phhappy Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Accessing the phhappy Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your phhappy account.

10. Responsible Gaming

phhappy is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the Philippines. We provide all registered players with a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the phhappy account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phhappy account.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the phhappy Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of phhappy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phhappy Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phhappy Platform without the prior written consent of phhappy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phhappy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phhappy Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorised access to your phhappy account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the phhappy Platform or any game.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by third-party game providers.

phhappy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phhappy account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phhappy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13. Termination

phhappy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phhappy reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at phhappy's sole discretion.

You may close your phhappy account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14 of these Terms shall survive the termination or expiry of your phhappy account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. phhappy operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

15. Amendments

phhappy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phhappy will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the phhappy Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the phhappy Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
